For the past years, Fairfood has been working with Verstegen Spices & Sauces to make several spice supply chains sustainable. In our latest endeavour, we assist Indonesian pepper farmers in implementing agroforestry principles on their land.

With the work well underway, we sat down to collect the lessons learned so far, and have written them down in an elaborate case study.
